What email package are you trying to connect ACT with? If it is just a plain pop3 account and you don’t intend to use any third party package for emailing, you may need to work with your ISP to get all the data you need to set ACT up properly as your email provider.

Hi, i've just bought act, and i've tried to connect windows mail to act, through intermet mail, but i seem to become stuck. Could you please exlain what i am missing on the steps that follow?

I know exactly what you mean. The originals are pretty clear. The problem was in the conversion to YouTube. Haven't had time to research. You can see the originals here.
