I just got back from the annual Sage Software conference held in Orlando this year. ACT! Certified Consultants from all over the world met during the conference to update their technical (and marketing) skills.  During the conference this year, close to 80 consultants participated in a live beta testing of the ACT! 2008 software scheduled for release later this summer. We pounded away on the program for half a day, looking for any potential problem areas, giving feedback on new features (bumer...they made us sign a non-disclosure), and providing feedback on usability of the software. It was great fun. Most of the key program developers were available for comments and taking notes.

Anyone considering using an ACT Certified Consultant to help them with their ACT! deployment should be sure that their consultant is attending these valuable conferences.
